ARTIST, AUTHOR & CLOTHING DESIGNER

I was born and raised with 7 other siblings in the little village of Bissett Creek, Ontario, Canada, beside the Ottawa river and across from the Laurentian Mountains. My husband William I now reside in the beautiful town of Deep River, Ontario, nestled in the Ottawa Valley beside the Ottawa River.

Later in life I decided to pursue my childhood dreams as an artist. With instructions from my older sister Marilyn (who now passed away),  I am a visual artist with a style of my own.

As a child raised in the country, I have experienced nature at it’s very best.  Implanted in my Inner being is the beautiful scenery of rivers and mountains with many species of animals and birds that were part of my life. With this in my heart and soul, I enjoy painting the beauty of Nature.

I exhibit my art in various art shows, Libraries, craft fairs and various restaurants etc. in the Ottawa Valley area and won various awards. As a Valley Arts Council member I have won awards for my exhibits.

Owner of a line of clothing by Le Galeriste from Montreal,  Wearable Art . I submit my art to this clothing company and they apply my art to their clothing.

I am the author & illustrator of the children's book "The Mail Lady".
